I ordered two. They're small.
Wasn't there a "holiday treat" alluded to at some point?

I'm thinking that under normal circumstances you would be able to download it at the same time, just paying the $3 to get the nice DVD shipped as well. Personally, I prefer having the professional looking DVD than a self-made DVD with sharpy writing for the title. I'm sure I'm not the only one. (If only it came with a case too, alas). Hopefully they are using a good quality DVD-R. If not I will be ripping it and re-burning on the ones I use for my Rifftrax re-authors. If you are in the market for a new printer Epson makes great printers that print directly to printable DVDs. They look great. Here is a sample of DIY at home DVD Printing:

I find it amazing how the post yesterday didn't say anything about it being out the next day, just that it would be soon.
I get the feeling that they really worked hard to get it out as soon as possible and had no idea it would be ready today.
Alas none of us will get to enjoy it until it ships, and then I'm sure some of us will get it sooner than others. *sigh* Well not every launch can go totally smoothly. At least from the trailer it looks amazing.

Personally I can't afford all the fancy DVD printing technology (let alone the ink needed to fuel it). I guess for now the $3 for a shipped and printed DVD isn't a terrible deal, although I don't know if in the future I'll want to pay the extra $$ or just download it for cheaper. My decision was made easier by not having a choice this time. ;-)

I think "stiffy pop" may be the riff to beat.
And what do you imagine Frank's segment is going to be? Know Your Cuts of Organ Meat?

I've had that for over a year and haven't even taken it out of the box. It came free with my camera. As for the CinTi update: WOOOOO-HOOOOO! And as for the 10 day delay: BOOOOOO-HOOOOO!

I dunno, but I really love the idea that they are going to be doing segments in silhouette like that. (Although I guess that means no regular host segments where we actually get to see the cast outside of shadow form?)

(at least until someone gets theres and everyone else is all jealous that their's arrived first.) ;-)

For full cover/case/printable DVD-R it costs about $0.75 per disc. That includes all the ink/paper/cases/dvd-rs.

Also, just hearing Joel's voice again in new riffing segments... Hello? 1993? Is that you?
Trace, Frank and J. Elvis, too! Mary Jo is also a great riffenheimer.

I doubt they'd design & show us a Time-Tube that we'd never see ! We've only seen a minute , I'd say there'a a little more to fill in yet !
