Actually, if it turns out he can crank out the sheer number of CT DVD's that have been ordered, he should be considered a God. And Gods are NOT named Winky. I sent an email explaining who I was, and asked that I receive one of the first copies so I could comment. I received a very polite response, and was politely told I would receive my copy within the same time-frame as everyone else.
Which made me respect the hell out of this company.

That last one has fine print on it that makes it sound like it was made by DVD Wagon, but I don't see any case art for it on the actual site. I like that one. BTW, I saved it as "CT001 - The Oozing Skull." Notice the two 0s padding the 1. That's to keep everything organized when CT has over 100 releases.

It's quite likely there will be case art when you receive the disc. I've downloaded a movie from EZTakes, and the case art (and label art) was part of the download. It'll probably be in a folder on the disc - just pop it into your computer (if you weren't planning on watching it there, that is) and look for a folder called "cover." (Of course, I could be wrong... )
