Well since they are working on it now, early to mid feb seems like a decent guess at this point.

I'm guessing mid-March if a downloadable second episode is available. Late March/early April if it turns out like the first episode and they can't get download rights at first.

Oh I don't see them letting that happen again. The first time was probably an oversight on their part I think they'll get that made explicitly clear in the future.

I agree. My guess is that they assumed download rights, and at some point the rights holder found out that they were going to allow downloads and said, "Hey, wait, I never gave rights for downloading....." And, thus, last minute changes occured.

I suppose it's only a matter of time before the Titans and RAD start dropping hints as to what the next Title will be and when to expect it.

I'm pretty sure I heard someone say Frank thought it would be in February. Hopefully, things will go a bit smoother.

Its been so long without an announcement, I'm going to up my old prediction to mid-April for a downloadable episode, late April/Early May if they can't get the download rights like the first episode.

Will there be a Ipod version? I ran the idea by Trace and he seemed intrigued.

Good lord, I love my iPod but I can't imagine trying to watch five shadows on that tiny little screen. Recipe for a headache, at least for me.
Anybody think the long delay is hurting them here, especially when Rifftrax seems to crank out a new product every week?
Another question: I can't help it, I'm a dinosaur, I like physical media and my current computer won't burn DVDs. Even if they do get download rights they should still be selling future eps on DVD as well....right....?

Even if they do get download rights they should still be selling future eps on DVD as well....right....? I don't think the delay is hurting them much. Rifftrax is a whole different animal. The weekly product they release is just 10-15 minutes long, and it's just a commentary track. Nothing as involved as a CT episode. And didn't one of the Titans comment recently that they were currently (at that time) shooting the next TWO episodes? Maybe the delay would be that they're trying to get two done at once to save costs on things like studio rental? Besides, fans have been waiting 15 years or so for more riffing from Joel, I don't think an extra month or so delay is going to sway them from buying the next episode.

I agree. For a lot of people it's a crappy situation, but at this point, I don't care. Maybe it's because I'm getting older, I have more patience. But I know they're working on it, they're still together, they're motivated to do this and the website's working really good right now. I'll take what I can get when I can get it. (Does that sound trampy? Don't mean it to sound trampy.)

I'm sure they will still make a real DVD available for all the releases. And the thinner the paper wrapper, the better!

You pay one price, and you get an iPod version, a standard video file, DVD files, etc. I doubt that will happen, but that would be the best thing they could do.
