I thought I should mention that I am a Neo-Luddite, and I was able to install a DVD burner, download Doomsday Machine, and burn a single-layer DVD in less than three hours.
It is ridiculously easy and the software is included in your download. After experimenting with Nero Essentials software that came with the burner for a few days now, I would have to say that the EZ Takes package is idiot proof. Since you are basically burning a standard product, it doesn't give you too many options or make you jump through hoops. For someone like me, it was a godsend, because I'm really not up to customizing menus or whatever at this point.
My download time was 55 minutes.

I agree, EZ takes is very simple and friendly to non-PC experts.

I know I’ve said it before but I wish that larger studios would start offering their movies for DL this way. It saves money, it’s quick and it’s easy.
They should always have both options for those who just don’t want to do the whole DL thing but I think that the decision to offer CT in both formats was a truly inspired one.

With the exception of the "first day" fiasco, "Doomsday Machine" was made available for download on June 19th and the demand crashed their server(s), I find downloads from EZTakes to be an excellent option...not that I'll be doing anything other than CT.
