Two weeks seems really a long wait these days. I still remember when everything was four to six weeks for delivery.
Substitute shipping guy mentioned to me that regular shipping person was out with some sort of emergency type situation. You might want to contact CT just to be sure you were or are being processed. Shoot them out an email or make a quick call.

I received mine yesterday but there was a slight problem. When I opened the case the disk was clear with nothing on it. I sent an email to find out how to exchange to get a new one. An update, I received my copy on Friday with a nice note about hoping the disk works and enjoying the episode. Nothing like Sky's but it was still nice.

I think they are just victims of their own success. Selling more than anticipated I hope. They'll work the bugs out.
