I have to go with Earth Vs. The Spider. Good, old-fashioned black and white Bert I. Gordon goodness. Teens, giant mutated monsters, scientists, Alan Hale Jr. and absolute top shelf riffing. And dynamite. There's dynamite, too. Monster movie basics mixed with MST3K basics. With the solid riffing are some good host segments, including the KISS knockoff band. One of the best unreleased episodes for my money. Alan Hale Jr.? Are you confusing your spider movies, Mod?

I wonder if there wasn't some kind of "skipper" or "Gilligan" reference in that episode that made me associate Hale with the movie for some reason. The sheriff in EvS was played by Gene Roth. Anyway, this is nothing new. I see Alan Hale Jr. everywhere I go. All the time

I used to think I saw him in Red Zone Cuba.

The sheriff in EvS was played by Gene Roth. Are you sure it wasn't Merritt Stone?

From a purely practical standpoint, I would get the Gamera and Godzilla episodes. Toho and Daiei aren't likely to authorize official releases any time soon, particularly after the Megalon fiasco.
From a "favorites" standpoint, I would recommend Rocketship X-M, Attack of the the Eye Creatures, and The Beatniks.

"I wish it was the Breast of Yucca Flats."
Must..get... this episode...
Attack of the the Eye Creatures, Gamera versus Guiron, Santa Claus and many others, they all have their good points, their great points. I'd mention a Sci-Fi episode or two but the good ones get released so why bother?
But only one movie has the questionable talents of Coleman Francis and Tor Johnson meeting together in one amazing movie experience, only one episode has the guts to make the connection between Ben Franklin's fat ghost, Puerto Rico and the Russian moon shot.
Really, who knew they were conneted at all?
Only one episode has the FAPS skit. And would you believe I forgot which episode it is?

Daddy-O,Gamera vs. Guiron and the Master Ninja movies to make a Joel 4-pack. For Mike I'm leaning towards Santa Claus and Blood Waters of Dr. Z.

well the first thing on my next order is Zombie Nightmare
I haven't seen it in a while but I remember that there was a lot of great riffing and I laughed so hard I choked that's always a good sign
but the first thing I ordered when I joined/found out about sky was Daddy-O because that was one of the first eps I remember seeing back when I first started watching it and the way that guy wears his pants cracks me up(no riffing needed) I can watch those pants by themselves and laugh every time I see them. Plus the song...that song was the first time I knew I was in the hands of greats. And what made me come back for more...

Since nobody's mentioned it yet, I feel obligated to nominate Beast from Yucca Flats. Love the Coleman Francis episodes and this one was my favorite of the three. Fantastic riffing on an utterly inept film with Tor Johnson as a bonus!
Also love the russian-finnish stuff, those should be released.
