Probably the best song from the Charlie Brown Christmas album, probably the best arrangement of 'The Little Drummer Boy' ever. The quiet 'drumming' from the choir is beautifully haunting.

I have a special place in my shrived little heart for Good King Wenceslas. I come from a Polish family and we used to make a huge deal out of Christmas Eve. I remember that my Uncle Bob, in his huge baritone voice, would belt out of the, "Bring me flesh, and bring me wine. . ." and we all loved that. I just love the story and the melody.
I also live the carol of the bells when it's actual done with the damn bells and choir, and I like the old Christmas carols as sung by Bring Crosby, Nat King Cole ect.

Christmas music only seems to feel right to me when orchestrated. I like all the 40's, 50', and 60's Christmas hits. After the early 1970's, it's pretty blah to me. Except for maybe Roy Wood's and Wizzards "I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday." Roy's wonderful eccentric 'weirdness' makes it work for me:
