So do you go to the CT website to get tickets to these? I'm interested in the Austin one for the family. I'm really the MST3K fan but when I get them to watch one they seem to enjoy it alot. Unleashed Laserblast on them the other day. What a hoot... I am sure that CT would be great also but have not got them to watch one yet. Maybe tonight.

Check the venue's website, Enoch, or Ticket Master in your area...well, not your area, but in your town.

WOO-HOO!!! Excellent show! I'm not going to tell any spoilers, but just a few words about tonight's show: Nearly packed house, with a good mix of people, both MST3K fans, CT fans, and fresh, unwitting victims. We were in the balcony, second row, and had a great view of the stage and screen. The nice smallish theater was ideal. Tonight's film (which was soooooo bad) had bad audio to begin with, but it was also low in the mix, so it did make it hard to hear the film itself when the audience was laughing, or when the riffs came too close together. The result was some riffs didn't get their set-up, and were lost on the audience. Perhaps this will get worked out for tomorrow's show, which we will also be attending. ;D A couple flubbed riffs, but that's to be expected. It was, after all, opening night. You definitely get your money's worth, as they do more that "just" the movie. Great work, team! p.s. To the fan in the balcony with the dreads, you rock!

I got Saturday night tickets in Cleveland! Ahhh Yahh! I am going to bring my 25th anniversary tin for them to sign. I am really excited about this. Hope they have the audio worked out by then.

Cause when I saw it in Minneapolis, they had the same audio problems that you described. The awful dubbing combined with the low source audio really made it hard to hear at times, especially with the audience laughing. I don't know anything about the Dynamite Brothers tonight, but I suspect that the problems are a result of that one movie, and not their general setup. It sounds like you were in the balcony, so I don't know how well you could see the Titans onstage. But did you stay for the meet and greet afterwards? I'm curious because on of my girlfriends who was there last night sent me a text saying that Joel was growing a beard. But she seems to be confused as to whether or not it was an actual beard or just a goatee. My entire existence right now is dependent on me knowing which one it was, so if anyone can enlighten me it would be very helpful. ;D

I don't know anything about the Dynamite Brothers tonight, but I suspect that the problems are a result of that one movie, and not their general setup. Yes, it was BotV. But even with a muddy source audio, it seems reasonable that they could bring the level up on the movie. It sounds like you were in the balcony, so I don't know how well you could see the Titans onstage. But did you stay for the meet and greet afterwards? My entire existence right now is dependent on me knowing which one it was, so if anyone can enlighten me it would be very helpful. It was a smallish theater, so even in the balcony we could see them on stage. We didn't stay for the M&G, as we had met them (except MJP) last summer at SuperCon in San Jose. Plus, the theater's 'lobby' isn't really large enough to handle a decent sized M&G, so we ducked out via the stairs to the lobby. Since I already have all of the merchandise, I thought it best to let some other people bask in the Titans' glow. And no, Joel is not sporting facial hair, but someone has grown a beard...

And no, Joel is not sporting facial hair, but someone has grown a beard... If you're talking about Trace, I already know that. He busted that out at the Chicago shows I believe. Though it has grown to Kevin Murphy proportions since then. ;D
