Bring whatever you'd like signed. So much potential for that to go so horribly wrong. Well, it's not like we can leave our bodies at home.

Yeah, and I've got this spot near my collarbone that is just perfect for somebody to sign... Sharpie would eventually wash off, right? So what's more permanent than that?
Serious question: What has the style of dress been at past shows? I was taught that one should always dress up when going to the theater, but I'm not showing up in my nice dress if everyone else is going to be in jeans and a T-shirt.

Based on the two live shows I went to, and the pics from other events, here's what I've seen. The Titans themselves usually wear jeans or casual pants, and a casual buttoned shirt or T-shirt, with a jacket over it. Except Mary Jo, who often wears a nice dressy top with a lovely jacket or cardigan and dress pants. The fans run the gamut from kinda slovenly to fairly well dressed. Some of that depends on what they're doing before or after the show, of course. I'd suggest that you not wear your nice dress. Unless you really want to, in which case why not? But if you want to go with the flow, then a good pair of jeans or nice pants with a comfortable, good-looking shirt will work. I personally like to dress in layers. Say, with a long-sleeve shirt or cardigan over a short-sleeve shirt. That way if I get too warm, I can take a layer off without getting arrested. Plus, the shows I went to were during the cold, snowy, slushy Chicago winter. So that ruled out anything too light-weight or dry-clean-only. But the main thing is wear what you want, and what you will be comfortable in. Everyone's there to relax and have a great time, and so should you!
EDIT: Oh my goodness. I can't believe that I initially posted "the main thing is where what you want." My brain is going. It's all downhill from here. Or do I mean "hear"? ARGH!

LOL. Thanks, Donna Lady! I kind of figured that would be the answer, and while Chicago is much colder and slushier than San Francisco, it's still a pretty chilly place. Back in May I was at a night baseball game and wrapped up in about 3 layers and blankets, so I can imagine what I'll need to get through a February night in the city...

I just regret not shouting out "Can't we just get BEYOND Thunderdome?" when the opportunity arose during the live Doomsday Machine at the LA Filmfest last summer. That would've been sweet!

Donna's right. No need to smuggle in anything. Bring whatever you'd like signed. And, if nothing else, have these guys (and gal) sign your ticket stub. RAD ...or leftover sushi takeout bag.

*Makes note to pick up that tight, low cut top from dollar store*
