That's because your mind has blotted the memory of it from your mind. I know mine has (except for the pain-I'll never forget that).

I'm definitely going to watch, but I'm nervous. The trailer has some great stuff in it - lots of things that invoke the feeling of the early days of the first run. One thing that I did hitch on was the guy taking flight. Remember Nathan taking flight that first time? I thought it looked far better than that. I know special effects aren't cheap, but it's 2015. They should be able to do at least as well in that department as they did the first time. Still, bring on September

OK, I don't care. I'm excited. Good or bad, I'm in for this.

First episode wasn't really anything to write home about. Katana Girl? Really?
Maybe it will get better.

Finally got around to watching. I was pleasantly surprised. The first half of the two-hours was a bit confusing, but in the end I started following it like a Heroes episode. A lot of jumps, a lot of introductions and so forth. It seemed all over the place until the second half started taking shape. Hopefully they can keep the storytelling tight.
Those feelings of worry came up big with the Miko storyline, but I ended up just going with it. It's tough to make video game stuff look good no matter what, but they did as well as can be expected. Thought it was going to ruin it immediately but it somehow didn't. I hope they keep her in the real world, but then what would her new buddy have to do?
Right now it feels a lot better than the lesser times of the end years of the first series. We're not bogged down in a couple years of poor focus. Getting a nice connection with the old run and I'm not hating any of the story lines so far. Still not as good as that first season, but we're only through the first episode.
I'm ready to see what happens!

So far, this new one isn't doing it for me.

Dammit, I missed last night's episode. Gonna have to see if I can dig it up online. I didn't mind what I had seen before that, though.

Maybe it will get better. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! No, seriously, that's funny. Also, it's sad, because that was me for like the last three seasons of the old show.

Caught up with the latest episode. Say what you will, this thing is nowhere near as lost as they were toward the end of the first run.
And while I know Parkman, Micah, Mohinder, Hiro and Angela show up at some point, I'm not totally convinced Claire and/or Sylar don't show up in a surprise appearance before it's over. I mean, we heard Claire's voice in the first episode. Did they bring another actress in to do that voice, or was Hayden Pantierre more involved with this version of Heroes than she or the producers indicated?
Heroes was never Mad Men or Breaking Bad. It's fun and it's fantasy. That's good enough for me. Count me in for the rest of this ride.
