Maybe in the deleted scenes we'll see some tickling. But really, I think if Michael had tried to tickle Stanley, he would have ended up in the hospital, lol.

Great episode, although we had bad weather moving through the area and missed the conversation between Toby and Michael in Michael's office following Stanley's outburst. It was all kind of intense. A couple of thoughts:
*I thought the cement would have hardened enough that Michael was going to bonk his head against it when he tried to do the face print. What they did was even better, though.
*Can Pam be any cuter? They could put a clown wig on her and she'd still be adorable. I loved how she was taking the phone message without her glasses – with her head hovering two inches above the paper.

I loved Steve Carell as Uncle Arthur in the movie Bewitched. It was the only really funny thing about the movie! I haven't seen Bewitched, but I know he also upstaged his fellow actors in Bruce Almighty. How many scenes is he in in that movie? One? His four minutes or so at the anchor desk were blazing-hot funny and easily the most memorable part of the film for me. That scene with him at the anchor desk in Bruce Almighty made me replay it and replay it ! It was soooo funny! I cried I laughed so hard. He is also hilarious in "The Legend of Ron Burgundy"! He does that line "I am yelling and I don't know why!" ************* I was so surprised at Michael standing up to Stanley. It just blew Michael's mind that someone actually did not like him! It threw him for a loop!

Don't forget Little Miss Sunshine. Great character. When's the last time you heard about Marcel Proust outside a university?

Some of the best moments on The Office are when Michael goes to Darrell and asks for "street advice". Like in this episode when he asks him about his 'gang connections'. "Bloods or Crips?" "Both...and Latin Boys...Newsies." Hi-LARRYous!

But what about Ryan's warning to Jim about his job performance? That unsettles me something fierce...

But what about Ryan's warning to Jim about his job performance? That unsettles me something fierce... I'm not sure what Ryan's beef is with Jim, but Toby is latching on to it with a vengance because of his crush on Pam. Maybe Toby can get good coke. I don't remember Jim and Ryan ever being adversarial, though. Somethings going on, question is how long will it take them to tell us?

I don't remember Jim and Ryan ever being adversarial, though. Somethings going on, question is how long will it take them to tell us? The closest they ever got to grating on each other was when Jim came back from Stamford. Ryan had Jim's old desk, and he kept it because he knew Jim could be kind of a pushover. "Yeah, Jim's a nice guy. That's why I got the desk." But with this, it seems like it's got to be more than going over Ryan's head with the website issues. Maybe Ryan is in bigger trouble than we realize and he's taking it out on Jim because blames him for it.

But on the show, they rarely have any "hidden agendas" that we don't have a clue about do they? Or do you think they are building up to Season Finale?

But on the show, they rarely have any "hidden agendas" that we don't have a clue about do they? Well...I'm assuming that there are things happening at Dunder Mifflin that isn't being filmed by a documentary crew. Sure they've gone to Corporate before, but only to follow a member or members of the Scranton location. There could be big things brewing there we have no idea about. I mean Ryan's got a coke problem...and a website fiasco...could be some big bombs comin' for the season finale.

i always wondered why ryan and jm weren't really friends while ryan was still a temp. i think he was just too ambitious and knows jim is pretty content to just hang out at the reception desk, talking to pam. and i do think ryan's holding a grudge about jim going over his head about the website. i think that is why jim mentioned it, to clue us in. and yeah, i am pretty sure ryan is getting in way over his head with the coke, so he's looking for a target. and i can't imagine toby on coke! i think he is permanently stoned.
