"Mmm...the kitty sense is purring."
Just popped in to re-state that I love Spectacular Spider-Man. After watching the first episode of the black suit storyline, which featured a very playful Black Cat, I'm convinced it's probably the best written Spidey property in the film medium. I hope all Spider-Man fans are giving this show a shot.
I wish Disney XD would air the syndicated episodes faster, though. They keep repeating previous episodes too many times when there are plenty left to go through. One newbie a week is killing me.

Which one is the Spectacular Spiderman? Is that the one that was showing on MTV a few years back?

No, thank god. That lame one never came back. Spectacular Spider-ManThe show debuted on Kid's WB a few years back, and so far it has 2 seasons and spans 26 episodes. Now Disney XD has adopted it, and new episodes will be airing on that channel later this year. The animation is a little cutesy, but the solid writing, voice acting, and perfect character delivery definatly make it a minor complaint (after all, Batman: The Animated Series' animation took some getting used to, as well). Speaking of Batman, after watching the Green Goblin episodes of this series, I have to say their take on him seems partially inspired by Mark Hamill's portrayal of the Joker. Cruel, sick, twisted, and oddly amusing. I was a little cautious of their portrayal of Doc Ock as a shy nerd getting pushed around during his prelude as Otto Octavious, but when he got his four metal arms, they portrayed him excelently. I can't wait for Venom, which they've already set up with Eddie Brock and Spidey gaining the black suit. Brock's portrayal so far is an original creation, though he seems to be based more upon his Ultimate incarnation rather than the original comics (and Spider-Man 3 for that matter). I'm curious as to where this goes.

Cruel, sick, twisted, and oddly amusing. Coincidentally, Mark Hamill also voiced the Hobgoblin on the '90s Spider-man animated series. Really sucks they don't show it here anymore. And even if they'd show reruns again, it'll probably be badly dubbed.

Yes he did. He did a good job with him too.
I don't know what country you live in (since you mention dubbing), but Disney XD carries the 90's series as well here in the US.
