Venture Bros. So, Jonas was a dick, apparently. So I guess The Monarch (Malcolm) and Rusty are half brothers. I wonder if Jonas slept with Billy's mom, too, so there are like half brothers all over the place. There is so much going on in this series. I'm like Doc Venture, when Brock asked him, "Doc, what's going on in there?" And he said, "Where the f*ck should I start?!" |

Jackson Publick and Doc Hammer were half-way finished writing the 8th (and final, I think) season. So stupid that AS would cancel it when there was ONE MORE FRIGGIN' season to go that would have answered all the questions and tied everything up. How does one air a show for 17 friggin' years then decide to cancel it when it's about to wrap up? Makes no sense. You can sign a petition on change.org. (Link above). I hope someone picks it up. It would be good if Netflix got it and ran the previous seasons while everyone was waiting for the new one. People could just binge and keep binge-ing until the new season came out and wouldn't have to wait for a regular channel's TV schedule to air the episodes.

There's going to be a Venture Brothers movie that will wrap the story up. Yea. Not as good as an entire season, though. Maybe we'll get that in some form in the future. Don't know where the movie is airing, though, probably not on Adult Swim.
