I got a Wii today Lucky! The question I now pose is: Has anyone actually played one of these games?

Mr. TomServo69 is a credit to the KoL kingdom. Thank you, sir! I no longer have a personal holy grail. What now...?

You don't need bad animation to make Link look like a flamer.

All that rejection from the Princess probably helped.

All that rejection from the Princess probably helped. He's on a never-ending quest to find his girlfriend!

True. Some of the characterizations started slipping. But Xander probably was my favorite.

All I have to say is, Cap'n just committed the #1 fictional sin of the online Zelda community...NEVER mention the CD-i games. Nothing good ever comes out of that. And speaking of those blasted games, appearently some fan created a little music thing of the CD-i games called "Zelda Dinner". It's basically stealing the lines, cutting them off at certain times, and creating a story about Link fixing Ganon's dinner. It's a lot funnier if you hear it, and it's so good I've saved it on my comp after finding the link over on GameFAQs. The lyrics were transcribed by a feller named "HylianFox", who actually quotes Joel in his sig. He's probably an MST if I ever heard one.

Don't we all... "I'm so hungry, I could eat an Octorock".
Anyway, I'm at the Spirit Temple now in OoT, and it's just as good as I remember it. Nabooru, is of course, awesome, but the Temple is a lot better than I remember it. Very cool soundtrack, and the puzzles are actually challenging. Plus, it's got two of my favorite characters, Koume and Kotake, and the eternal Mirror Shield. Fun Fact: Ocarina was released in three versions. The original one was pulled because... 1. When Ganon's blood is spilling out at the end, people got all whiny because it was red. 2. The original Fire Temple soundtrack had Muslim chanting, so naturally Muslim groups got mad at Nintendo and asked them to change it. 3. The original Mirror Shield design(one of the Spirit Temple's dungeon items) had a design similar to the crecent and star, the symbol of Islam. Ninty got asked to change it, as you can imagine. 4. In addition, there were a boatload of glitches in the original, including the infamous "Swordless Glitch", where if you saved the game after Ganon knocked the Master Sword from Link's hand during the final battle and restarted, Link didn't have the sword.

Now that you brought that up, I've always wondered what the deal with the Fire Temple music was. It doesn't seem to me like you could really represent a vocal chant very well with the N64 music system. Ever heard it MSTie500?
My original copy had the crescent and star symbols. Potential offensiveness aside, I always thought they looked pretty cool, and was disappointed at the change on the Gamecube releases.
