Talk about your favorite physical activities or pasttime sports.
My preferred sport is tennis. In the village I spent my childhood at, my friend and I would play our own variation of tennis where the winning objective would be lobbing the ball beyond the tennis cage ... very much like what Tom Hanks would do in Bachelor Party. Obviously, today I would play a much more mature game of tennis. I don't like trying to score points; I just like trying to keep the ball in play.
Unfortunately, playing tennis requires at least two players and that's not something I typically have at my disposal. So, these days my sports, despite myself not enjoying them much, are personal fitness. When I was an employee and student of the college, I had at my disposal the health building's weight room. Some machines I liked using, some machines just didn't feel right. The two elliptical machines were heavily vied for, but I really have a suspicion that, even if you spent a solid hour on the machine, it would do absolutely nothing positive.
Now, no longer an employee or student of the college, I have no gym at my disposal ... so now my sport is jogging. Jogging sucks.

I feel sorry for the plumber. Obviously, everyone on this board is an immobile slacker type.
I played football in high school. But I was never good enough at anything else to turn it into a hobby. Consequently, I got through on and off periods of gym exercise rather than actually playing any sports.
That said, I'd like to play jai alai.

I enjoy swimming a lot. But it's still too cold for it up here. The swimming holes don't warm up enough to swim in until about July. Even then, some of the creeks coming right out of the mountains are still frigid.
I also played football in High School, but I broke my arm, and then decided that the high school football players were pricks (which they were) because they gave me a hard time about sitting out. Also, I sucked at it.
Softball's a lot of fun, if you can get enough people for it.
I lift weights when I go to the gym, but that's so infrequent. Mostly, the only exercise I get in is about three miles of jogging every few days. I know I should jog more, but looking for work is also important.

The only sport I really ever played was fastpitch softball, and I'm too old and out of shape for that now. For men it's a dying sport, which is too bad. There are only a few spots around the country where men still play the game, and this is one of them. Other than that, I walk on a treadmill when I'm trying to trim a few pounds, which I'm not at the moment. I should be, but I'm not

I've always been a passable athlete. I played baseball and basketball in high school. I ran track and competed in the state championships (Illinois) in the high jump. I played a lot of pick-up football and still like to play softball in the summer.
Since I live in Colorado, there are two seasons in the year: skiing and golf, both of which I enjoy with regularity. And, of course, some mountain climbing thrown in. Just ask around about that one...

Sports make one sweaty.
Actually, I swam in high school and still love to. I miss field hockey as well. Otherwise, I stick with the spectator sports.

I like tennis a lot, although I don't play enough any more to retain any skill.
I love volleyball, which is the only one I play regularly during the non-winter seasons.

While I like to watch pretty much everything, I've played soccer, softball, baseball, and volleyball. Sometimes, we get football pick up games going in the neighborhood.

Football (Soccer), Rugby, Golf, Cricket and Badminton were my major sports when younger. Due to age and my weight now, occasionally play Badminton.
Football (Soccer) still remains my favourite sport and is still, I believe, the single most dramatic and exciting sport in the world.

If we're talking competing against other people, then I enjoy playing Soccer. Sadly, not many others I know of have this as their first choice for physical rowdiness.
If we're talking just pure leisure by yourself, I'm more of a swimming and/or bike riding person.

Try watching the turgid grind of Scottish football every week. That'll soon change your tune! ;D

I used to enjoy playing tennis. But that got hard on the knees. I used to like playing golf. But that cost too much and I stilled sucked after a decade.
I have a treadmill that I walk on vigorously about 4-5 days per week. Have for the last 15 years. I also do sit-ups and push-ups. I'm not in good shape but I'd be in horrible shape otherwise. I eat too much.

I enjoy swimming and playing racquetball. I like to shoot hoops. Another great sport I so love is a sport called " Slug~Bug" Where when you spot a VW beetle bug you get to smack the crap out of someone.... Now that is fun!

I've never been the sportsy type. Though I like Wii Sports, haha.
However there are other physical activities I do enjoy. Especially during summer. Both include swimming and walking in the evenings. Working out from time to time.
When I was younger I used to enjoy hiking and exploring a lot. Sometimes I still do it when I feel like clearing my mind when there's a lot going on in my life.
