My dad introduced me to Godzilla when I was about 5 years old. That was thirty one years ago. Since then, I have been a die hard Godzilla fan. When Hollycan't released thier version of Godzilla in 2000 I laughed. If the Big Guy isn't a japanese man in a rubbersuit stomping on model buildings and cars, he just ain't Godzilla. I've seen them all and will continue to watch them over and over and over again. There's no such thing as too much Godzilla. [glow=green,2,300]*In a Servo-esque voice* Actually, the movie referred as GINO (Godzilla In Name Only) by diehard Godzilla fanatics was released in 1998. Alot of people confuse GINO with Godzilla 2000 though which is incorrect though they were both released in American Theaters with at least 2 years in between each movie. I guess the short span of time betwen both American theatrical releases can get the uninitiated a little confused. You see GINO featured the all CGI monstrosity and Matthew Broderick while Godzilla 2000 for the most part featured Godzilla and a CGI monstrosity of a UFO known as Millenium until the Jellyfish-like alien absorbed Godzilla's DNA and became Orga.[/glow]
