Three "Fun With Flicks" DVDs, including my iRiff titles "Wasp Woman" and "Voyage to the Prehistoric Planet" are now available through Amazon's new CreateSpace store. They will be available on Amazon soon, but I get a much bigger cut of the profits from discs purchased directly from CreateSpace. Each DVD includes a bonus short (the four volumes of shorts will be available in the next week or so). Roger Corman's The Wasp WomanPhantom From SpaceVoyage to the Prehistoric PlanetDVDs are $12.99 each plus shipping, but the code 'NDQR4P34' will knock off $3.

Very nice. I don't do iRiffs normally, but I got all three of these. You must be pretty confident to release Wasp Woman.
Since you're working with Rifftrax, I'm looking forward to some guest riffers in the future.

I just ordered Voyage. The only one I don't have. I've seen all the others except Wasp Woman (saving for a rainy day) and I highly recommend his stuff. Funny Funny.
After seeing these new cases now I'm wishing I would've waited to get these! Are the discs the same versions or have they been re-recorded?

Any word on when your shorts DVDs will be out, or are they already out and I just missed them?

They are being processed by CreateSpace at the moment. They should be available along side the others very soon - hopefully a week or two.

That's good to hear. I was afraid they'd be like Lulu and take weeks to ship.

Well Amazon just sent me an email for Wasp Woman, so there should be a bit of promotion for you.

They had 2 shipping options when I ordered them: regular mail was like $3.50ish and priority was $6.50ish. I chose priority and got them in 2 days (I'm in Oregon).
I've been meaning to post that I watched all three that first weekend and loved them. It'll take me a while to get used to the single, unfamiliar voice, but each ep was full of MST-worthy riffing (FULL!) and the movie choices were absolutely perfect. Phantom from Space was my favorite of the three, but Voyage is an extremely close second (Voyage is a Russiany movie in a style very similar to First Spaceship to Venus).
The shorts included (one per movie) were so damned funny I'm looking forward to the release of the all-shorts-DVDs as much as I am the next CT, and that blows my mind.

Thanks for those kind words! I'm very glad you enjoyed them.
And the shorts will be available very soon. The proof copies are in the mail to me, I just need to approve them.
