I can't believe no one guessed this one. It's the only one I know off my head.

Identify the episode number (seasons 1-10 only) that each of these riffs was in. First person to get all (or the most) wins. A simple contest, but if you plan on participating, you probably want to read the next post about caveats and so forth. 3) An amiable chap with soft skin and liquid brown eyes 31) I said no starch! 38) I’m trying out for Ice Castles 41) It’s an Etruscan penny 44) It’s Jackie Gleason as Gigot Can we just guess here now? 3. I don't know what episode it's in, but I saw it recently. Joel says the line, though. 31. 620 - Danger!! Death Ray. Tom says it. 38. 420 - Human Duplicators. Crow says it. (Dolores Faith's wearing the ice skater outfit.) 41. 420 - Human Duplicators. Crow says it. (Nader's flipping a coin with Mary Kay) 44. 423 - Bride of the Monster. Tom says it. (Opening police office scene. After Joel says "Norm!" but before Crow says, "Hello Dere!") I like this contest.

Out of respect for this Contest's maker, I've stopped taking guesses and only post answers I know to be correct, because I just heard the quote.

ILWC, can we assume there's only one quote per episode? No, in fact a couple episodes have two quotes each, but that's over the whole 90 question quiz, of which only half is here.

Actually your guessing is no harder for me to deal with (I have the answers saved in a draft in my email, for I'm at the library computers and need to be able to get to them) than right answers, but I'd prefer that you didn't just randomly list page after page of answers. A reasonable guess would be okay, though. Your answers are correct, sir! Except...31. You'd think the starch comment would be from that ep, wouldn't you? And in fact, they probably did riff about starch, but that exact quote is, I think, only in one ep, and not that one. Go figger.

This won't help at all, but here it is: www.imdb.com/media/rm831757824/tt0065566

I'm thinking it was said with the same tone that Tom said, "I hate Triple Sec!" in D!DR. I'll keep looking until I find it for certain. I'm going to trawl through the episodes for some of the others. That "liquid brown eyes" comment is so, so familiar. Must find ...
