Can you give me something good about the Aughts of the 21st Century?
Doing so and you get a chocolatey Ram Chip!

Well, Cinematic Titanic and Rifftrax were started. And Shout! Factory took over MST3K releases.

Umm... Well, Cinematic Titanic and Rifftrax were started. And Shout! Factory took over MST3K releases. ^Yes! Doctor Who started up again. The Daily Show and The Colbert Report have provided much needed comic relief and insight while the mainstream news outlets turned to fudge. Two live-action Hellboy movies were made and two animated TV movies as well. This is a vast improvement over the '90s zero Hellboy movies.

It was the decade of Lost, Battlestar Galactica, Deadwood and a general rising of quality television fare. Despite there being no MST3K on air anywhere

The mere existence of the Nintendo Wii gives me joy. Even if I can't afford one.
Oh, and I really feel lucky that Craig Ferguson got the Late Late Show. I know some dislike him, but he's the only guaranteed laugh in late-night for me anymore.
Um...oh, and SNL has started to crawl out of the slump that it was in for pretty much the entirety of the 90s.
Plus we've got another decade's worth of graduates who can say things like "I graduated from the University in aught-seven."
And, of course, Webcomics have started to be seen as a legitimate medium and not as a freakshow of entertainment.
