Okay, this is a ridiculous, amazing game. Very simple, and not really hard, but at the same time it's awesome.
I've beaten the game's "adventure" mode once, and am going through it a second time with it being a shade harder now. This game is definitely worth ten bucks, in my opinion. (You can finish the story pretty quickly if you're working at it, but all the other stuff in the game makes up for it. I'm trying to get enough money to buy the Cob Cannon.)

I maxed out that game. I forget how many levels in the "infinite zombie wave" mode or whatever it was, but it got to the point that it was just insanely impossible to keep up with them.
But you're right. Amazingly awesome game.

Plants Vs Zombies?
...This conflicts me, because well, how the hell is a corn stalk supposed to take out a zombie? Photosynthesize it to death?

Well, you wouldn't use a corn stalk. You would use either a Cornapult or a Cob Cannon. The Cornapult is cheaper, and also really nice because in addition to its normal (admittedly weak) attack of launching a corn kernel, it also occasionally launches a pad of butter that blinds and halts an oncoming zombie.
Seriously, this is a "you have to see it to believe it" game.

I've seen it, and I'm mildly impressed with the creativity.
Who knew plants can kick more zombie-ass then a woman in a beret?

Based on your recommendations, I bought this game and am hooked. I love it. I beat adventure mode last night and when I close me eyes I can STILL see peashooters and WallNuts. .. Lots of fun.

The store. You can usually find it in most places that sell computer games.

Is this the game where Zombies and Audrey IIs engage in a duel to the death?

Not really, no. Occasionally a giant venus flytrap will eat a zombie or sometimes a zombie will eat a venus flytrap, but Audrey II wasn't technically a venus flytrap except in the most generous of classification systems. If the script for the musical that they based the 2nd movie on is any indication, Audrey II was as much of a flytrap as it was an avocado.

Is this the game where Zombies and Audrey IIs engage in a duel to the death? You wouldn't like it because the man eating plants are only of marginal use and the design team colored them purple. I hear Frank Oz was on the design team.
