which ones were your favorites? i know all of them aren't on this site - post the missing ones if you want. i know i didn't see all of them, but my top favorite was the betty white/abe vigoda snickers commerical, along with the kia toy fantasy (i love the song they used) and the VW spot with stevie wonder. forgot about this one

I totally missed the Letterman/Leno spot when it happened, probably because it was only 15 seconds long. Sounded like Dave wanted Conan in it, too, but it didn't happen.
The Doritos "crash the Superbowl" commercials that made on the air were not my favorites. The little kid defending the honor of his mom and the dog shock collar just didn't do it for me. But I'm not a sucker for kids or dogs, so I guess that stands to reason.
Other than that, the Simpsons Coke commercial was OK, but nothing was really great this year.

This was probably my favorite. The guy vaguely reminded me of Christopher Guest's character in that old SNL skit about male synchronized swimmers.

I laughed a lot at the Brett Favre commercial
Odd thing - I was online gabbing with my Nashville friends during the game and we all liked the ad, Mike and Mike in Morning mentioned enjoying it but that it was ranked low. Ah wel, to hell with critics, it was funny.

This was probably my favorite. The guy vaguely reminded me of Christopher Guest's character in that old SNL skit about male synchronized swimmers. I don't have a strong opinion about the ad, but I loved (LOVED!) that SNL sketch. Martin Short was unforgettable. "I'm not that...strong a swimmer." I enjoyed the Audi ad that made all the environmentalists look like fascists. Even though I'm an environmentalist at heart, it was still good satire. Plus, Cheap Trick. How can you lose?

sounds like the kid in the darth vader costume was the big winner this year - i know i have watched a few times this morning. i also liked the bridgestone "reply all" ad and the one for audi. the snickers ad was good, but they will never top the one they did with betty white and abe vigoda.

I wasn't to impressed with any of 'em this year. I always hate when they re show that old one from Apple or whatever, 1980s, athlete throwing hammer into TV screen, get over it.

I actually liked the Eminem one for Chrysler. Very cool.
And I loved the Star Wars VW clip. Apparently the kid's never seen a SW movie. Damn. He was better than Jake Lloyd.
