Finished watching Mr. Moto Takes a Walk a couple of days ago. I agree with the above poster. It was just okay.

Must be another "long" short. Excellent!

^Yup, it was a longer one. I just reviewed it... Seat Belts: The Life Saving Habit - In short, it's a winner. Very funny. (and yes I know that I'm showing my age by referencing the TV show "Highway Patrol", in my review)

Seat Belts was an excellent short! God, the short's stereotypes are great. The jive turkey, the Horseshackian computer nerd, and especially the smooth sistuh with the funkified soundtrack. Awesome.
Also, some of the complaints about seat belts were stuff I remember hearing as a kid, but I'm not sure how common the idea was that kids don't need to wear a seat belt because they'll "just bounce around" safely in a crash.
As much as I loved the "Little fatty!" riff, my favorite had to be the introduction of the word jewfro to the lexicon. Wow.

It's a good thing I didn't take a Rifftrax break because The Rectangle short they released tonight was a riot. I was in stitches... My full review

Think of how great it would have been if someone else had riffed it!

Yeah, like prop comic Carrot Top?! Just think of it... (ha, ha - that just got me thinking of the Buster Keaton film where he does a juggling act for the radio)

just watched a mess o' shorts...i cannot understand why CT won't do shorts as well. even if rifftrax quit doing movies and only did shorts, i would be completely satisfied. the night before christmas - WORST SANTA EVER. seriously - they couldn't find an actual old fat guy? or at least a better pillow? it looked like his pillow would slide out of his costume at any moment. the funniest bit had to be the tiny toy shovel that one poor kid got - or the carved swan. gee, thanks, whoever you are! christmas dream - this short freaked me the HELL out. they could not have picked a creepier looking doll to come to life and demolish that little girl's room. but that can't compare to her parents, who left a real christmas tree in her room, complete with lit candles all over it. rudolph the red-nosed reindeer - i could swear i saw this when i was a kid. the animation looked so familiar to me. but after looking around on amazon, i think i must have had the little golden book version that was similar - thank god. because that cartoon was whacked! what the hell? the weirdest story of rudolph ever. rudolph's bizarre half-human-half reindeer mother - the altered story - WHAT WAS SANTA DOING IN HIS SLEIGH? it reminded me of the lame ass cartoons that would come on sometimes while you were watching old school bugs bunny back in the 70's - the ones you just endured, waiting for bugs to come back on. christmas rhapsody - finally got to see this one. i couldn't wait to, after hearing most of everyone here on the board talk about how funny it was. i know it made the little tree happy to be the world's cheesiest family's christmas tree, but he really wasn't a great looking tree. and i guess he didn't realize that instead of "warming" himself by the fire (trees love that), after christmas he would be stuffed into the fire. the riffing was great in all of them. i think they enjoy doing the shorts as much as we all love watching them.

Watched and reviewed their new short Kittens: Birth and GrowthI love cute cuddly kittens, so that was a plus. But some of the riffing is dark, so sensitive listeners be aware. This was another winner in my book.

My review - Reading: Who Needs It - While I didn't find it as non-stop hiarlious as the previous 3, it's still got a lot to offer. So lets call it a 4 game win streak for the Traxers.

Yet another one -- it's an embarrassment of riches! (When you scroll down the page does anyone else, at a glance, see Michael Jackson in the pic for the reading short?)

^Yes, yes I do. And he seems upset for some reason. Maybe Bubbles can't read?
I watched the eating short (no review yet because I'm wrestling with this bloated cow of an Iron Man 2 review)
It's a killer, the first minute I was gasping for air from laughing so hard.
But, noting the racism thread we had a while back, if your sensitive about such things, this short might make you squirm in your seat. Me, I just thought it was freakin hilarious.

Wow, Families: Food and Eating is 16 minutes long. That's a lot of short for 99 cents! Funny as hell all the way through, too.
