The Box art & color for this set has also been released. No big deal for me but I know some of you are interested in this sort of thing:

I'd like for them to play a little bit with the box art design.
Not too much, I like how the sets have been standardized - but maybe have an image behind the roman numerals: you know, an image that's not on the background (the starfield) but peers through the text as if the text were a window.
It would be great to have a character there, Tom or Crow, Mike or Joel. Hey! You could go through every character in the show. That would last years!

Awesome set. 4 movies I don't own. And I haven't seen any of these since they aired on CC/Sci-Fi. This is much better then the last set, which I already owned 3 of the 4 movies in the set.

Great set of titles! I enjoy anything from season two, love Jack Frost and happy to get Yucca Flats! Hope the extras on this set are as good as the last set! BTW here's a bigger picture of the box art:

I like all of these, especially Crash of the Moons. Not sure why everyone thinks it's good not to have more Season One though, those are just as historic as any.
I wish I had some episodes I'd never seen. I'm jealous of the excitement at the prospect of seeing a new episode. I remember those feelings when Comedy Central would finally roll around to one I'd never captured before...

I wish I had some episodes I'd never seen. I'm jealous of the excitement at the prospect of seeing a new episode. I remember those feelings when Comedy Central would finally roll around to one I'd never captured before... Historic, yes... But also, on a personal note, I like the Season 1 episodes... I was actually a bit disappointed that there wasn't a Season 1 ep on this set... but I'm sure I'm the only one. For me, I just want to see them release episodes that I need better copies of. I buy whatever they sell, but I need better copies of most Season 1 episodes. This is a pretty good set... Especially if they do some type of Coleman Francis extra. Of the Lippert films, Lost Continent is my least favorite, but apparently this (and Beast of Yucca Flats) opens up the possibility of some other once thought "hard to get" episodes receiving a commercial release. Any MST3k on DVD is good, but this is not my favorite of the Shout releases thus far. That said, they are still doing an incredible job and have surpassed many of my expectations. In fact, if they can somehow get Master Ninja I & II onto DVD, I will build a pyramid in honor of Shout Factory.

I just pre-ordered it! EXCELLENT set! I'm so excited for this one. Two episodes I haven't seen (Lost Continent, Crash of the Moons) a fantastic episode (Beast of Yucca Flats), featuring one of my favorite shorts (Progress Island U.S.A.) and the BEST. EPISODE. EVER. (Jack Frost). I'd like for them to play a little bit with the box art design. Not too much, I like how the sets have been standardized - but maybe have an image behind the roman numerals: you know, an image that's not on the background (the starfield) but peers through the text as if the text were a window. Oooh, I like that idea!

I was actually a bit disappointed that there wasn't a Season 1 ep on this set... but I'm sure I'm the only one. No, I like them too. Hell, I'd love to have better copies of the KTMAs. I'd love a pristene copy of Hanger 18 or City On Fire.

I preordered this a few days ago as well - I can't wait! I'm excited for The Beast of Yucca Flats & Jack Frost.
I really hope they release Squirm in the future! One of my favorites. =)

I must say I'm not sure why Jack Frost gets so much praise. It's a very average episode, IMO.
