The Hitler Building. It requires all future viewers of this film to know that a Hitler movie was in theaters during the time the movie was set, and that a theater of the time had a huge Hitler marquee out front of their theater - its inclusion in the destruction montage making the setting recognizable to the people of the area who may be viewing the film. But honestly, did the the film makers pick this scene for effect - to drive home the destruction of familiar surroundings - or did they just grab it because it was stock footage from the area in which they set the attack?

When "Chinese" begins to come out of the radio in Batwoman. You're absolutely right. That should have been on the list, hands down. I know I stand (nearly) alone on this one, but Samson's entrance in full wrestling attire just bowls me over EVERY time. Neptune Men's Hitler building was a golden WTF moment, granted, but that can be chalked up to stock footage on hand.... NOTHING prepares you for the casual meeting between a professor and a fully attired, crime fighting Mexican wrestler with no previous lead-up, no warning, no mention. Blind-sided, friends. I vote Samson.

That was a HUGE WTF moment. I didn't know going in that this was a retitled El Santo movie; I was expecting the titular Samson to be a strong adventurer Hercules-type. When the luchador strode into the room, it was so surreal I almost wet my pants laughing! Plus, the vampire had just left the room. They had to have passed each other! That just made it that much crazier.

I'm wondering how the rectal thermometer in The Creeping Terror has escaped mention all this time.
There were a lot of directing/editing/writing choices in that one too that blared out WTF.
The narrator going off on an odd tangent about marriage while our protagonist starts making out with his wife while sitting right next to his best friend. The bizarre fight that took place when the Terror first arrived at the dance hall. The people at the dance hall who simply walked away from the Terror, as well as those who could not. The weird guy who drives by Lover's Lane to watch the Terror's attack there. The army unit stopping to move a log out of the road (I think this might be because they put a log across the road to stop traffic from going by the alien spacecraft, but there was no specific evidence of this whatsoever). The entire scene near the end when the army unit attacks the Terror, including the Colonel taking out a grenade and then falling over and dropping it. The dance scene that just went on and on and on. The heavy drinking drunk in the dance scene. And of course, shot after shot of women's legs being sucked into the Terror's hole.

All of Creeping Terror = WTF condensed into a real and viewable physical object.
That said, I love it and sometimes watch it several times in a row.
Speaking of WTF lasting an entire movie, I nominate Robot Monster. Joel said it best: "It's not good but it's surreal." I sometimes just sit in front of it and marvel that people got together and gave up precious weeks of life to create this. And they're serious about it--you can tell that the actors, director/writer and the poor bastard in the gorilla suit actually wanted to create something lasting--and they did, you can't deny it.

Since this is an MST3K Board...shouldn't these be titled "The Hell! Moments"?
Nothing against "WTF" but anybody can say "WTF".....I thought it would be kinda funnier if a common MST3K catchphrase was used.
Yes, my comment's ridiculous...and yes, I'll probably end up killing this thread (but I wont be paranoid about it at all).

So, I went with the teleportation scene, because the first time I watched it, it was a true WTF moment. I even let out a "WTF?!"
The Chinese in Batwoman is definitely great.
I'm just going to say the whole relationship between Troy and Rowsdower in Final Sacrifice give me the WTF's. Everytime I watch that movie, I'm expecting it to suddenly turn into a NAMBLA event. I mean, the move is a sausage fest to begin with. Then it just hovers, making you wonder who's going to drop trou first...I always shake my head and say "WTF" when I watch that episode.
