I got the first season of SNL and she's one of the early hosts. She was charming. Especially loved her in "Silver Streak."

She was certainly a good actress. I liked her in Silver Streak as well as An Unmarried Woman.. Rest in Peace Jill

I had SUCH a crush on Jill Clayburgh. Especially Silver Streak-she looked SO good in that with her hair all frosted and snuggling with Gene Wilder on the train. Another outstanding memory I have of her is when she hosted SNL and for one skit it was just her by herself dressed in a sailor's uniform dancing to Sea Cruise by Frankie Ford.

wow, that's young. I remember the feminist movement in the 70's, what an icon she was. And Silver Streak is still one of my favorite movies of all time. RIP.
