This is a very sad loss. I am a huge fan of his work, from the well known comedy roles, to his more serious turns. His talent was undeniable. He will be greatly missed by many. www.slashfilm.com/leslie-nielsen-dead/

One of the funniest dudes ever to deliver a deadpan line. Now excuse me, but I suddenly feel the need to go out there and win one for the Zipper Rest well, sir.

The first time I saw him in a funny role was on M*A*S*H, then came Airplane and all the rest. Thanks for the laughs, sir.

At the funeral, they're giving guests the option of the steak or the fish.

At the funeral, they're giving guests the option of the steak or the fish. I'll have lasagna.

He was so funny in some of those later films I think his fine dramatic work often gets ignored. I saw him in The Fugitive's "Tiger Left, Tiger Right" just the other day. I'll be watching Hitchcock Hour's "The Magic Shop" and Night Gallery's "A Question of Fear" in his honor. He will be missed.
