www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=75355Tim Burton's Batman films may have been lame (and I felt this way even before Begins came out), but Gough was certainly a bright spot among them. Terrific actor. But he also lived a long and happy life, and I am pleased to see that. Of course, every time I think of him, I will think of KOOOOOOOOOONGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! Now there was a movie that deserved to be on MST!

I loved him from the old British horror movies he used to be in. Tonight I think I'm going to watch Horrors of The Black Museum in his honor. RIP - one of the last of the Old Guard. I think only Christopher Lee remains.

i dunno why people think 'Tim Burton's Films are cheesy i don't think they are. i LOVE "Batman Returns" that's my favorite 'Batman" film out of all of them. if 'Christopher Nolan" had NEVER done any "Batman' films they wouldn't be saying a damn thing.
i think' Tim Burton" version still kick ass. it's the dude that took over after him 'Joel S." or however ya spell his last name? that ended up with Cheesy films. NOT "Tim Burton" & yes this guy will be MUCH Missed. have you guys & gals seen a decent but an original film called 'Horror Hosptial" from (1973)
though not the greatest film it's an original idea. don't let kids watch it by the way. too much nudity for one thing. & if you haven't seen 'The Haunting of Hell House:" also from (1973) if i got the title right he's also in that. well his voice is anyways. & he does a cameo at the end. with the great "Roddy Mcdowall"
it's a FANTASTIC Horror film that i don't think SHOULD be remade.
