Sites have not broke the news yet, but kaijuphile and insider August Ragone revealed on Toho Kingdom that Shout has set MSTvG for 8-2-11! He also gives a list of extras, included a documentary on Gamera put together by himself! August also provided the commentaries for Shout's non-MST releases of Gamera the Giant Monster and Gamera vs. Barugon, and is the author of Eiji Tsuburaya: Master of Monsters.

TV Shows on DVD is claiming that Shout is planning a "Limited Edition" in a tin case. What's going to make it so special other than the tin? Doesn't specify.

A bit more info from Satellite News that hasn't been mentioned on this thread: www.mst3kinfo.com/?p=9534Shame about not having anything from the KTMA's, but not totally surprising. Glad they were reminded about the MST Hour wraps in time.

One Gamera episode would have blown me away, but they release all five--on one set, even--they include extras like "A Look Back at MST and Gamera" and "Gamera Obscura," the mini-posters, and still manage to keep up suspense by announcing it's a tin but not telling why, and you're disappointed? You're one tough room.
I can't wait to find out the reason for the tin. If there's a little turtle inside or if maybe the tin itself will be Gamera-shaped.
