Agreed. If it ends up War of the Insects I'm sure I'll laugh my ass off just like I did in DC.

So are any of the other attendees here voting on the poll too? Right now it looks like WOTI and AF are neck and neck, with WOTI having a slight edge. Not sure when they'll close it, but I would think it wouldn't be up to the date of the show, right? I mean, wouldn't the CT crew like some time to prepare for whatever movie is chosen? By the way, I found this picture on Twitter of what the theater looks like from the stage's vantage point. Intimate, nice looking place.

Well, duh, I forgot all about this thread. I voted for AF just today, so it's catching up with WOTI again. TF, glad you're getting in Thurs, too.... let's paint the place the color of your choice! Sky, it'll be great to see some more of your Blu-Rays. I'm sure any eps you choose, except maybe Hamlet, will be crowd pleasers. Raja, sorry you won't get to hang out with us more, but at least we'll get to meet. Yay!

Any way to find out if I can hook up the BD player to your hotel TV? Mine is the old component style though it isn't an old unit. Thats just what I wanted. Same hook up a DVD player would use with the three multicolor plugs.
EDIT: If the TV isn't HD, I'll just bring the DVD player anyway. Are you staying at the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley or Motel 6?

The hotel website doesn't specify, but those plugs are pretty common. TF said you can rent a hotel DVD player, so we can go that route if we can't hook up your BD player. Maybe bring some eps in DVD format, too, just in case. I'll have my laptop so that's one more option... if we can get our hands on an HDMI cable... if it's a new TV. I can't play BD on my laptop, just DVD. EDIT in response to your EDIT: Comfort Inn Medical Park

I've actually only trashed one room in my life. I went with some friends to Greensboro to see AC/DC back in the Bon Scott days. The hotel room was hotter than hell so we called the front desk. Guy came in and said "feels OK to me." That was the wrong answer.
We hung out outside and no one was around expect a couple hookers. Later we found out there was a curfew due to race riots. We weren't supposed to be out.
Drank a couple fifths on the drive there in a huge old station wagon. The hotel was a rat trap. Now that I look back on it, I'm glad we didn't hurt anyone.
Stupid is as stupid does I reckon.

Nothing against Brian Johnson, who I like a lot, but apparently seeing Bon in concert was really something.

^ Sounds like a typical Saturday night where I work. I spent twelve years in the hotel business so I was also on the receiving end. I was the guy who, with police accompaniment, would do the tossing out of bad "guests."

Anyone want two to buy a couple great seats about eight rows back and center? Send me a message. Two in our group can't make it.
At cost... no markup.
