So which division is worse, the AFC West or the NFC East?

So which division is worse, the AFC West or the NFC East? I hope the NFC East! ;D

I think it's the AFC East, sorry, Mr. A. I'm just not convinced that any of those teams are any good. At least the NFC East has the Giants, who look decent, if not good.

Another week, another win for Tebow (3-1 since taking over). Another 100+ QB rating, and another week of hearing how he's not NFL ready.

I don't know if he is or not, but as Parcells once said: "You are what your record says you are." Therefore, young Tim is a winner in the NFL. For now. Who knows if it will continue, but he's off to a good start.
As to the worst division, I also had the AFC East in mind. And that was prior to the Bills getting shellacked today by the Cowboys. But, in the end, I am forced to go with the NFC West though it was not a choice. Of the two, AFC West.

And switched quarterbacks again, too, I think.

they switched back to the season starter after the second-stringer managed to suck even worse than he did. so now the coaches look even more incompetent and fickle than the QB does. it's a mess.

since the 'skins' only viable strategy at this juncture is to go 3-13 and get some good draft picks, i'm actually suggesting that we pull grossman AND beck and put rick sloane behind center. then we just focus on gag plays. you know, he comes out of the shotgun, runs out of the pocket, then fires a bullet directly in the face of one of the opposing team's cheerleaders. he spontaneously drops the ball and then falls on it and pretends it exploded like a grenade. he scrambles out of a broken play and then pulls out a rake he's somehow secreted into his uniform and starts beating on the defensive line with it, while cheesy synth hits come out of the stadium sound system. you know, let's get a little Washington Globetrotters action out of this.

Still alive in my survivor league. Took the Lions over Broncs, then Falcs over Colts, and this week, Jags over Colts... which is what everyone else is doing - picking whoever is playing the Colts when you can. (This week they have a bye - So I've narrowed it down to 3 and taking either the 49ers, Rams or Cowboys)
Nice to still be pickin', last year I went out after one week.
Seahawks, wow they looked pretty good there. Almost choked on a sea of yellow near the end (at the cost of the game). But they hung in there, Tavaris threw the best pass he's thrown all year to keep a drive alive and Marshawn Lynch was a bulldozer, the guy was grinding it out all day.
Titans won, Packers went ape... good week for my hometown teams and longtime favorite.

Another 100+ QB rating, and another week of hearing how he's not NFL ready. *cough* So, in all honesty, is your week by week tallying of Tebow media coverage more about your belief in his abilities or more about wanting to see someone with his character and reputation off the field be a success? And, for the record, I know jack about the NFL and haven't seen Tebow in a single game, college or pro.

And, for the record, I know jack about the NFL and haven't seen Tebow in a single game, college or pro. Good question. I know that Tebow can't throw a basic out-route to save his life and seems to be allergic to spirals. I get that. Even though I'm a Christian, I'm not particularly energized by his attention-drawing displays of faith; they seem unnecessarily provocative. While I appreciate his faith, I don't think that's what makes me a fan. But I get so frustrated by the attitude of the analysts who seem to start from a position of negative criticism and dig their heels in more every week. "You can't win with an option offense." WIN. "You can't win if you only complete 2 passes." WIN. "Tebow can only beat bad AFC West teams, not a playoff team like the Jets." WIN. The tone is so condescending and ignores things like the offensive coordinator's decisions, TD/INT ratios, and the scoreboard. "You play to win the game!" I don't understand the prejudice and hatred or where it comes from, but each week it's exposed more in the Dan Patricks and Jim Romes and Around the Horners of the world. Last night, when Tebow ran in the 20-yard, last minute TD to cap off a 95-yard drive, my first thought was, "I wonder how they're going to crap on this one?" Which took away from the moment for me, which kinda ticks me off.

In other words, ESPN doing what it does best. ;D I'd just gotten the vibe that people wanted him to fail because he was so over-the-top sincere...which seems just as unfair.
