There was a video I watched sometime ago about slurs and derogatory terms. So, for whatever reason, it brought to mind of invented racial slurs in science-fiction and fantasy. However, I'm having a hard time thinking of a significant number of terms. So, I suppose we can compile them here and help create the most hateful thread The Mind of Rick Sloane has ever seen.
The first examples that came to mind was the terms "mutie" and "flatscan" from X-Men, derogatory terms for mutants and humans respectively. Then, I was reminded that the Harry Potter movies used the words "muggle" and "mudblood". I suppose "prawn" was supposed to be a racial slur in District 9, but it's a little confusing on the attitude about the term.
The one I was really having trouble with was Star Trek. I think that Bones frequently calls Spock "green-blooded". Does that count?

"slag," what they call aliens in "alien nation."
"bug" is a rather uninventive slur in "Starship Troopers."

How have we gotten this far without a mention of "mudblood?" ...Then, I was reminded that the Harry Potter movies used the words "muggle" and "mudblood".

Not racial, but a slur: in Mad Max the MFP referred to the biker gangs as "scags," and the bikers referred to the cops as "bronze."

Weren't the replicants in "Blade Runner" called something? For the life of me I can't remember. Damn, I need to watch that movie again.
Daleks are called trashcans, pepper pots, all sorts of stuff.

I don't know about Blade Runner, but that reminded me the humanoid Cylons in the Battlestar Galactica remake were called "skinjobs" and "toasters."
