I'll see if I can revive this topic. I can't believe I didn't post this before because this was one of my favorite cartoons growing up. After posting this I can finally say I came, I saw, I kicked ass!

The Real Ghostbusters went downhill quickly, though. I think there were only two really good seasons before the entire show became about Slimer for no reason.

Aside from the extra presence of Slimer, they made a bunch of changes to Janine's characters so she could be the "motherly figure". Also Dave Coulier took over the role of Peter Venkman. I've said this on another forum, but when I hear Dave as Peter all I hear is Uncle Joey doing kooky impersonations for little Michelle. On the plus side, the first two seasons had about 70 episodes.

Star Blazers I used to really like this opening theme song.
