I was trying to install a Bluetooth adapter on my laptop so I can get internet access on it. When I reastarted for it I got stuck in a system repair program that isn't repairing jack. It keeps scanning for a few seconds and rebooting, only to wind up on system repair again.
I've tried all the advance system recovery options and nothings happening. Is there anything I can do or am I boned?

I had an XP laptop stuck in an infinite restart loop, and I had to disable automatic restart on system failure in order to fix the issue. I'm not sure if you can get there, but it's in the advanced startup options.
Also, I found this, which seems similar to what you're going through.
