Robot Holocaust Operation Double 007 (will have title replaced with Operation Kid Brother because "007" couldn't be obtained) Kitten With a Whip REVENGE OF THE CREATURE!

In fact I just brushed up under Travis's list, and both revenge and Kitten were under Universal, with Holocaust under MGM and 007 under Warner. This entire set was under Unlikely! Looks like THREE big studios were reached!

How exactly will Shout! "replace" the title on Operation Double 007? It's not like the Brains have the raw theatre footage to any episodes (as far as we know).

Probably just black it out with a censor bar.

They may just have to change the title on the DVD box and not the actual movie. Not sure how the legalities work. I guess we'll find out.

That would be preferable. I'm not crazy about the idea of episode alteration, but as long as its just the title I'm indifferent to it.
Unless the Mads mention the title during the intro (I don't remember). If they dub or cut it out them then I'll be irritated.

They definatly mention the title because Dr. forrester jokes "Your movie today is operation double 'double' o 7."

I should think they can say it as long as the movie isn't sold under the title.
Also: AWESOME SET! The first three episodes are ones I haven't seen, but have been high on my list of desired epps!

I haven't seen Robot Holocaust yet, but it was one of the ones that was next on my "see" list.
It's been a while since I watched Kitten and 007. I remember both fondly though. And Revenge is a long time fave of mine, so the set will be a must for it alone.
Notables: First time an episode from each riffer era has been represented since volume 9! First episode from Sci-fi since volume 19! I'm very happy about both of those.

I should think they can say it as long as the movie isn't sold under the title. So, like the Captain Marvel rule DC Comics lives under, where they can use the character without ticking off Marvel (and even by calling the hero Captain Marvel in-story), but it has to be sold under the name "Shazam!"?

Wow. More "will never be released commercially" barriers broken. Good job, Shout.

Didn't DC just rename the character Shazam once and for all? ... screw those guys. He's Captain Marvel! He was more popular than Superman once upon a time!

Wow...I was right. Again! I got 3 out 4 last time and this time I said that they'd release Revenge of the Creature in this set and break in the Universal titles. I'm not use to being right. I must go tell my wife. She keeps telling me I'm wrong, but this proves otherwise.
And this is a GREAT set. I mean amazing...Shout, you tha man!

Just most of his properties are just titled "Shazam" now.
