How do I upload pictures? I either use pictures I have in "My Pictures" or my downloads already on my computer, or if I see something online I save it to my downloads. Then when I come on here, I'll type a single letter onto a post and just hit "Post Quick Reply" just to get a post on there where the edit, and quote boxes come up in the corner. (I'm sure there's a way to do it without having to type a letter first, but I don't know how to get all the edit functions on there without having a post up already - I'm sure someone else knows how to do this). Then when you have a stupid looking post with just one letter (or that's just me), hit Edit, then hit Add Attachment, then when the box comes up, hit Add file and your "My Pictures" or downloads should show up and you can hit whatever picture you want to put on there (there's a maximum size, so you might need to resize the picture first). Then when it's done downloading, or uploading, whatever, hit open, then insert, then done. There's also boxes on the top and the one that looks like a photo says "Insert Image". You need a URL for that function. I've never used that, I always save a picture to my computer first, but that's just me. Well, then, of course, I take out the dumb letter I put in there in the first place. Looking at this, I realize someone else can probably explain it better. But, it works for me. |
