It seems that Rifftrax has embraced the fans' traditions of watching cheesy Christmas movies around Christmas time. I started the tradition a few years ago with CT and MST3K's Santa Claus Conquers the Martians, as well as Santa Claus. Then RT released the Christmas Shorts live show and that entered the rotation, as well as Santa and the Ice Cream Bunny. This year RT released Christmas with Rifftrax, adding yet another one to my rotation, giving me almost a whole day of Christmas riffing to enjoy around Christmas.
My idea is, what other Christmas shorts, specials, and movies are there that are pure riffing gold, that could possibly get the treatment and enter into rotations?

Well, first, I gotta say that I love this tradition. I don't typically buy the Rifftrax DVDs (aside from the live shows) but these yearly Christmas releases are fantastic! Especially with the host segments. Ice Cream bunny was great, Magic Christmas Tree was even better (movie was better, plus I liked the bonuses like host segments and shorts). Now we have Santa's Village of Madness: www.rifftrax.com/vod/christmas-rifftrax-santas-village-madnessOnly downside is I prefer to buy the DVDs, so it looks like Santa's Village of Madness will be my 2013 Christmas Rifftrax purchase. As for what's out there... I have no clue! I think half the fun is seeing the obscure trash they dig up. Anything I think of is probably impossible to get, but they have access to some pretty horrible public domain garbage that I never would have heard of. Maybe riff more Christmas cartoons? Those are fun.
