I want to write the Silver age Lois Lane. An independent woman in a incredibly sexist time who defied all odds and became the most admired/respected reporter in the world. Yet all she really wanted was to become Superman's stereotypical housewife. She desired this so bad that she would come up with literally psychotic scheme after scheme that would end most careers in disgrace. Best. Character. Ever. And Margot Kidder actually mirrored this to a large degree. . .

Sorry, Ratso. This project was not picked up by The Wood Channel.
However, both Lifetime and Oxygen seem willing to fund it.

You and I ought to write Superman's Girlfriend: Lois Lane and Superman's Pal: Jimmy Olsen, respectively. Just drink a whole lot of cough syrup and see where the pen takes you...

Elbow-deep inside Jimmy Olsen, I'm guessing.

Yep, and that happens because Jimmy tries to show off how he can shoplift six dozen crickets without using his hands.

- If Superman can survive in the vacuum of space, does this mean that he doesn't have lungs or doesn't require oxygen?
No, it just means Superman is a bad character. Superman isn't brave or courageous. He's invincible. He does everything knowing no one can defeat him and he'll never die.

You have no idea what you're talking about. No, the fact that his opinion is the dominant one is the reason nobody wants superman stories. Because actually learning about the character requires people do that icky thing called "reading comics".
