Oregon and Paraguay (WARNING!: State Flag Nerding Out Ahead: Minnesota at one time had different designs on each side of its flag, but changed this when the materials for its manufacture became too expensive in 1957, and it switched to a simpler flag on cheaper material. In 1983, even cheaper material was adopted and now it's the only state flag which is backwards when looked at from the non-presentation side. This has resulted in many attempts to simplify the flag (including a butt-ugly design proposal dubbed "North Star" upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/5f/Minnesota_North_Star_Flag.svg), none of which have been successful.) Police were tipped off that Bulger had been hiding in plain sight, paying cash on a luxury hotel room on the Santa Monica Pier for years, only leaving twice a day for late night and early morning walks. Police tricked Bulger into leaving his room by having hotel management call and tell him that one of his off-site storage lockers had been broken into, and when Bulger left the hotel, police apprehended him without incident.

2112 due to a red star on the cover. This was due to a ban on communist imagery in South Korea at the time and they thought the red star would be seen as a communist symbol.

Who was the first US President to have facial hair?

John Quincy Adams was a fool for the muttonchops. Martin Van Buren and Zachary Taylor also rocked the chops, but the first one to have a full-on beard was Abraham Lincoln. Chester A. Arthur is our only prez who pulled off the muttonchops/stache combo, and Grover Cleveland was the first one to do mustache only. Benjamin Harrison was our last full-bearded prez, and William Howard Taft was our last mustachioed one. The last serious contender for the presidential race with facial hair was Republican Tom Dewey, who lost to Democrat Harry Truman because apparently at the time women didn't like mustaches.
Also, Cowboy, Atlantic Canada is not a US city, but I'll let it slide.
Anyway...
