A Shout Factory YouTube advertisement for Vol XXXI. Really looking forward to it. Now I would just like to see the coasters.

I'm going to wait and hope for a (cheaper) standard edition release. I don't need another tin cluttering up my house. Hell, I don't even use the slipcases, I throw 'em away and put the episodes in order on a bookshelf. I'd be happy if they just sold me a downloadable file for me to burn my own, like Rifftrax. Cut out the shipping, keep costs down

Cannot wait for this one for several reasons. Is it here yet?

Watched 3 of the 4 episodes over the weekend (saving Jungle Goddess for last), and they looked and sounded fine. The Turkey Day intros with Joel and the bots are cool, but is there some reason why they can't be photographed together in the same frame? The bots always clear the frame before Joel enters, so there is no interaction. It's weird.
I also have a new found appreciation for SQUIRM, which I had only seen a couple times before and really did not like. I thought the movie itself was a poor fit for the show, and the riffing came off as sub-par. However, watching it over the weekend I found it absolutely hysterical! So I guess the lesson is never write-off an episode after just a couple of views...sometimes maybe you just need to be in the right mood for a particular experiment.
