If I can manage it, I'm going to try to save these for Sunday nights, my dreaded black hole of evening entertainment. But I'm guessing I'll break and watch more than that.
I just switched my Netflix from DVD service to streaming with HD. I watch on a Roku2, and from what I've seen, the stream quality is very good, better overall than some other services I use. The HD looked pretty good on some of the newer movies and shows I sampled. The new MST seems to have a very sharp look, though. It will be interesting to see if Netflix can match how good VHX (again, through my Roku2) looked.
I didn't have a single buffer issue the two times I watched 1101 on VHX (or for anything I watched on Netflix, for that matter), so I'll consider myself lucky in that regard.

Back in the later (or maybe most?) of the Sci Fi years, the new eps would premiere Sundays, I believe 11pm-1am. I used to watch the new eps (or repeats) every Sunday night when I was out at my first professional job in Atlanta in 98/99. I'd open a beer, make a frozen pizza and enjoy.

I haven't had much time lately, but will sign up for Netflix one of these days. I may hook my laptop up to my computer and watch it with family that way.
