And pardon my curiosity, but where is your cool Robby the Robot avatar from? Can't recall his antennas looking like that in anything I've seen. According to my Google image search, it's a pic from an episode of the Saturday morning TV Series Ark II, where Robby was a guest star. Thanks! I remember that show, but forgot Robby had a guest shot.

It's from the Filmation 1970s Saturday morning show Ark II. It, like all Robby appearances after 1971, is a reproduction, as the original was sold in the 71 Fox auction and was in a museum at the time.

Wow, I didn't even know there was more than one Robby costume out there.
So the Robby appearance on the show Mork & Mindy was also the dupe and not the original?

Don't you mean MGM auction? I also recall Robby in an episode of Project UFO, sporting a totally different head. Versatile actor that Robby. What is supposed to be the original Robby is going to be in a movie memorabilia auction in November.

That's too bad. A repeat of what happened on the FB group where he initially did these. One negative post (which turned out not to be intended that way, just badly worded) and off he went. I don't know what happened this time or why he has a hair-trigger, but I wish him well. Well, sometimes if you're on the internet a lot and you've been using it for a long time, you might forget what it feels like to be flamed, or responded to negatively when you're not used to it, or have never experienced it before at all. It's entirely possible that a perceived slight poisoned the whole thing for him, such that he associated the entire endeavor with that negativity. Thus, he couldn't continue it without that feeling hanging over the thing. It seems extreme, but when you're not used to it, it can really affect you. Reminds me of that guy who posted videos featuring the footage from films featured on MST3k that had been cut for the episode. The guy clearly felt that he should have been getting more views than he was, so he deleted everything out of apparent frustration.

Alas, the last time the internet wayback machine took a snapshot of the site was in July.

I don't suppose anyone saved his images? Do a search of loran1958 and under the images tab some show up but no way to enlarge or save them.

Anyway, back on topic: Here's a quick YouTube nicely illustrating the aforementioned Bronson Caves, seen in the movie, Night of the Blood Beast. I'm not sure whether these are the pinpoint-precise locales used in the movie, but they appear familiar enough. youtu.be/qP4BVOowQYg

Well, I can't continue the thread, but I did send Loran a message concerning a particular location in Time Chasers. I used to go to college in Burlington, Vermont, and the initial scene of the idyllic future was shot on Bank Street in Burlington. Here's a shot from the episode: And here's a screenshot of Bank Street from Google Maps, which was taken in 2014: Here's a better shot from the episode: Click on the pictures to enlarge them. I may have to resize these. Bank Street still looks very similar, although the small food court where Nick, Lisa and Pink Boy had their conversation has been demolished and redone. If you go to the end of Bank Street from the Google picture, on the other side of the bank (which gave the street its name) is the Radisson that was in the movie. It's now a Hilton.

Damn. Just discovered this thread, but it's too late. I'm a huge Girl in Gold Boots fan and knew about the Haunted House location. I did foreign object's suggestion of an image search and got to see quite a few of the pics. If nothing else, I got to see the updated location of EAT. Would love to know more history of that location (why was it built in the middle of nowhere, when was it torn down, etc.), but at least I know it no longer exists. Hope loran1958 beings back the images someday.
