Another horror icon has gone up to the big static TV-box in the sky. Two guesses on what I was referencing there.

I'll have affection for him simply because he made a movie as balls out mad as Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2. The first is a good movie no doubt, but that's always my go to Chainsaw movie.
Other than that, didn't care for Poltergeist though I suppose it was fine, and Crocodile was a pile of ass. Haven't seen anything else by him, but I know he has his fans. But most of the horror legends of the 60's and 70's are going out the door now with Craven, Romero, and now Hooper. Seeing another one gone sucks.

I honestly forget that Hooper, not Spielberg, directed Poltergeist. As a kid that one scared the crap out of me.

I honestly forget that Hooper, not Spielberg, directed Poltergeist. Lol, there's some who contest whether Hooper directed it at all.
