I love, love, LOVE these! I see "Mitchell" on the coming soon list! Is this the Warner Archive widescreen version? How will you handle some of the differences in the theatrical version versus whatever "safe for TV version" that exists? Like the scene where Linda Evans writes "Bastard" on Mitchell's windshield versus "Jerk" where one of the riffs relies on the "Jerk" version?
Again, just wanted to say your work is appreciated!

From what he said on Reddit, that article was followed by an immediate round of copyright strikes. (If he only recently deleted his account, he might just be going into low-profile protection mode.)

He deleted his account here about a year ago, that's why this thread has been dormant. Honestly, I'm surprised his project hasn't been striked from the get go, but I guess he's been flying under the radar until now.

That's good -- for a second, when I saw you say he deleted his account, I was worried that he was getting serious legal threats or something. I know that I have seen a lot of random copyright crackdowns lately on places like Youtube and archive, I think that "copyright violation investigators" or whatever you would call them had a relatively easy adjustment into working from home and probably got more efficient during the last few months of quarantine.
Yeah, I was surprised it lasted so long. It wasn't really my bag, but I was glad for him that he found folks who would appreciate it, and I certainly respect the effort and the work.

If he's being striked or not, he still seems gung ho on the project. He sent this tweet about an hour ago.

Update: His account got blocked at YouTube, he made a Reddit post saying he's done. I suppose that was inevitable but that’s too bad.

Completely sucks. I almost liked watching these more than the *real* episodes. I knew I should have been downloading them, I'm surprised they lasted this long...
