Now that they've had 2 seasons, what do you think of Hampton Yount and Baron Vaughn as Crow and Servo, respectively? Are they worthy successors to Trace/Bill and Kevin/Josh?

I love Hampton. I love him I love him I love him I love him. I've interacted with him on Facebook too. He's a hilarious dude. Really, there's never been a bad Crow in my book. Maybe Josh in Invaders from the Deep and Gamera, but he only took the puppet because Trace wasn't there.
Baron's a touch more complicated. Kevin voiced Servo for nine years, so anybody who picks up that mantle has his work cut out for him and has an utterly thankless task. I'm not in love with his Servo, but I think he does a pretty good job overall, if that makes sense. He does have some killer delivery at the best of times.

Hampton was a shoe-in from day one.
And Baron's Servo...doesn't make me want to drive knitting needles into my eyes like he did in Season 11. So that's an improvement.

He toned it WAYYYY down. He used to try and SELL every joke. Oversell, even. He's now just a generic voice. Which, while not distinctive, is much preferable over his over-the-top bit from Season 11.

Baron's Servo bothers me. To me it doesn't feel like Servo. To me (and many of us) Kevin Murphy was Servo. But that's just me.

Hampton won me over the second we heard his voice in those Kickstarter ads. I just thought, "Oh my God that sounds almost exactly like Trace! Sold!"
The problem with Baron as Servo, is Servo always had a deep voice regardless who was voicing him. Josh had that deep monotone voice, while Kevin had a deep smooth voice. Even the guy that did Servo in those short-lived Flash cartoons gave Servo some deep vocals (it actually sounded about on par with Josh). Baron is not voicing Servo with a deep voice, and it's.... weird. It just doesn't fit to me. There are a couple times, where I guess it sounds fine, but for the most part, as i said in my review of "Mac and Me", Baron hasn't won me over yet.

Hampton I dug right away, he's a natural fit for Crow. He doesn't sound exactly like Trace or Bill (although he does sound very close to Trace at times to me), but he still has a voice and delivery that is totally consistent with Crows of the past.
I totally get why people have problems with Baron. He took me a bit of getting used to for me, and I'm gonna agree with brandonakaxerxes that its that his voice just isn't as deep as his predecessors. But over season 11 I started to get used to him, and in season 12 I felt like Baron was a lot more comfortable in the role, and truly proved his right to the Tom Servo mantle by the end of the "concepts" song. While there isn't much that reminds me of Kevin's take on Servo, there are times I feel a tiny bit of a Josh vibe in Servo's attitude, but unlike Hampton's Crow, Baron's Tom Servo feels more unique.
As for Gypsy, who wasn't brought up in the thread title or any of the posts yet but I wanna talk about her anyways, she definitely got the most drastic makeover in terms of look, sound, and personality, but I adore her. As weird as it is at first hearing Gypsy actually being voiced by a woman, I love it, and I also love that she gets to pop into the movie and riff on it too now.

I pretty much agree with the these takes, but to them I will add that neither can ever really be worthy successors to ANY of the original crew--Josh, Trace, Kevin, Bill--because they're not actually performing the bots, they're just providing a voice-over from a recording room somewhere, sometime. Not their fault, bit still. Bleh.

To be fair, while Baron and Hampton have done two seasons now, those two seasons only add up to 20 episodes. For comparison, Seasons 2-6 of the original show were 24 episodes each (which was the standard season length for US cable shows back then, if I remember correctly). So in that sense, Baron and Hampton haven't even done a full season's worth of episodes yet. They're still very green.
