What do you consider to be must-see Rifftrax?

Both versions of Santa and the Ice Cream Bunny. It is just such a bizarre and perfect movie for them to riff, and the fact that they use two different edits of the film offers a rare case where the studio and live versions are different enough to warrant watching both. I actually managed to buy an original movie poster for the film a few years back:

Samurai Cop and Miami Connection. I second these. They are the few Rifftrax that my wife attended and talked about after the show.

I've been to most of the live shows but I'm interested in sampling a few of the deep cuts, specifically riffs that feel more like classic Mike-era MST3K. Any recommendations along those lines?

The Twilight series and The Happening for "just the riffs"
For real bad movies that are well riffed.... Buffalo Rider, Fun in Balloon Land and the Talking Cat
Also, Future Force is a winner.
For those apart from MK&B, I liked Missile to the Moon with Fred Willard
And I liked the riff-work of Janet & Cole as well as Bridget and Mary Jo, because they offer something different, they are more upbeat in style.

Well, Planet of Dinosaurs comes pretty to ye olden days of MST3K. But an even better pick still would be a non-Rifftrax ep, Wild Women of Wongo, which Mike, Kevin, and Bill riffed during their Film Crew phase. No other effort IMHO comes closer to recapturing the magic of the Sci-Fi channel years. It even has host segments!
