Here's an updated list, noting which ones are on DVD and VHS and which ones are out of print. Let me know if I got anything wrong. List of Specials.txt (2.79 KB) Also, I'm not gonna bother listing every single DVD intro and bonus feature because that would take forever. As for the serial collections, I believe that there are at least torrents of them. That might not be the ideal way to acquire them for a lot of people, but they're at least out there.

I agree; since DVD bonus features are, by definition, sold by Shout, sharing them would be over-the-line anyway. The idea here is to collect the things which are unreleased by Shout. Cluttering the list up with that stuff would be counter-productive. If you want a list of every single DVD bonus feature, this one is pretty close, although it is not in a great order and it does include other stuff as well: thetvdb.com/series/mystery-science-theater-3000/seasons/official/0Also, I think I have a full list of the Hour Wraps, which are available and which are not, I have to dig out the drive that it would be on but I can update that for you in an hour or so if nobody else does.

Oh, I think "The Making of Mystery Science Theater 3000" listed there is the SciFi Channel one, which is on Volume 22.
And that the DVD releases of "Assignment Venezuela" appear to be two completely different sources; I would assume that the VHS used the same source as the Rhino DVD but I'm not sure.

I did some MST3K Hour wraps research a while back, and the collection by CheesyFlix + all the ones released by Shout and Rhino = a full set.

Out of curiosity, did he have a copy of the "I Accuse My Parents" Hour Wraps before Shout released it? (At the time, I was under the impression that one had no circulating copies.)

Here are the wraps on the CheesyFlix DVD: 301 302 303 306 307 309 310 311 312 313 317 319 320 321 401 402 404 408 410 411 414 415 417 418 420 422 504

I didn't know Making of MST3K was on DVD, but I fixed it now!

Yeah, it's pretty random. It was produced and aired during Season 8, and is pretty specifically about the SciFi Channel era, yet it's on a set with zero SciFi Channel episodes.

The '90's Turkey Day bumpers have been released too. '95 is on whichever set has "Blood Beast", and I'm pretty sure the others are on Volume 31 aka the "Turkey Day Edition".

The Turkey Day Collection has something called Bumper to Bumper: Turkey Day Through the Years, which sounds like a collection of all the Turkey Day bumpers. I don't have the DVD myself. So, I don't know for sure. I'll have to look into that one later. Also, I probably should have mentioned that all of the hour wraps haven't been officially released on DVD. The list doesn't count fan made DVDs. However, this serves as a good reminder to back up those hour wraps that haven't been released on DVD, which I will be doing right now! But before I go, here's the updated list. List of Specials.txt (2.8 KB)

I think you should list the Hour Wraps separately, here's the breakdown: Officially released: 301- Cave Dwellers 302- Gamera 303- Pod People [note: MST Hour also contains exclusive footage, not collected] 306- Time of the Apes 307- Daddy-O 310- Fugitive Alien 312- Gamera vs. Guiron 313- Earth vs. The Spider 320- The Unearthly 321- Santa Claus Conquers The Martians 402- The Giant Gila Monster 411- The Magic Sword 414- Tormented 415- The Beatniks 417- Crash of the Moons 420- The Human Duplicators [note: missing 1/4] 422- The Day The Earth Froze 424- "Manos": The Hands Of Fate 504- Secret Agent Super Dragon 505- Magic Voyage Of Sinbad 507- I Accuse My Parents
Not released: 309- The Amazing Colossal Man 311- It Conquered The World 317- Viking Women vs. The Sea Serpent 319- War of the Colossal Beast 401- Space Travelers 404- Teenagers From Outer Space 408- Hercules Unchained 410- Hercules Against The Moon Men 418- Attack of the The Eye Creatures
"Viking Women" and "Colossal Beast" were acknowledged by Shout as omissions; Shout claimed they would make copies available digitally on their website, but if they did that, I can't find a copy of it anywhere. After that, they decided to never acknowledge fan response about missing Hour Wraps again.

Looks like the purge took place. CheesyFlix has updated the site, KTMA and the following season 1-10 episodes are still available: cheesyflix.com/3000/product-category/mystery-science-theater-3000-mst3k/unreleased-mst3k-episodes/unreleased-episodes-seasons-1-10/Interesting that he says: "The Powers-That-Be have indicated that these MST3K episodes are not available through any commercial means. You can still get them here!" So there is a list of "approved" episodes. From what I can tell, most of the bonus and unreleased stuff is still there, but here is what was deleted: MST3K: The Movie Extras (I own the ISO) MST3K: The Movie Press Kit (I own the ISO) This is MST3K and The Making of MST3K (I own the ISO) MST3K Turkey Day Host Segments & Bumpers (I do NOT own the ISO, I presume Shout's official release has all the content) MST3K Summer Blockbuster Gold Statue Robots Choice (I do NOT own the ISO, I presume Shout's official release has all the content) More could be missing, but based on what I remember seeing there, and my past orders, these are what are gone.

Weird that the "Powers That Be" forgot that they are selling the Lost and Found Collection.

MST3K fans have been pretty lucky just how loose the IP owners have been over the last 30 years when it comes to trading and selling eps. Most fans have had decades to build up their collection, and while this sucks for those who still have eps or material they want to pick up, it's hard to argue with the decision.
They own it, period.
Trading episodes on cassette, a fun practice back in the day, died out years ago as sellers stepped in with good, high-quality bootlegs. It seems like the next phase has started. It's too bad, but had to be coming eventually.
