I haven't purchased the SHOUT version, so someone else will have to speak to the quality of the discs and bonus material.
Looks like Skydivers was the highest-ranking ep on the set according to my old lists, it placed 68 out of 100.
of the rest, I'd rate Bloodlust #2 Creeping Terror #3 Catalina Caper as a distant 4th on the set
There are some solid episodes here but nothing amazeballs for me. No Top 10 quality eps.
How do you see it?

I give The Creeping Terror a slight edge over Skydivers. Both got some laughs from me initially. On repeat viewings I'm least sick of The Creeping Terror. Catalina Caper and Bloodlust are so-so.
It's been a while since I've watched any of them, so I'd have to sit through them again to really know for sure, but, eh, I don't feel like it at this time, so...

Shout knocks it out of the park with this one. Four superior transfers of the four episodes!

Skydivers wins by a nose over Creeping Terror. From the relentlessly depressing Tony Cardoza to all the weird extras (camera guy and guitar guy), it encapsulates the cinematic magic of a Coleman Francis film. The other 2 are good and I would call it a tie for 3rd. Call me crazy but I LOVE the Coleman Francis movies.

Shout knocks it out of the park with this one. Four superior transfers of the four episodes! I would say that Rhino's "Catalina Caper" is superior looking; generally, the older the episode, the more likely Rhino has a better transfer. Once it's into the Mike years, the master tapes seem to have been stored better, so they haven't gotten worse in the interim years ("Bloodlust" is an odd one; the transfer itself looks pretty similar (though the colors are a bit different), and both are fairly riddled with tape hits, but oddly, they're in different places).

204 Catalina Caper (47th) 607 Bloodlust (79th) 609 Skydivers (80th) 606 The Creeping Terror (119th)
I've always liked Catalina Caper, it stood out just in nature from other episodes and am always blown away to see Little Richard in it. Enjoyed Bloodlust and Skydivers well enough although neither standouts and thought very little of The Creeping Terror

Skydivers, followed by The Creeping Terror, followed by Catalina Caper and then Bloodlust. I watched the uncut Skydivers several times and lived to tell the tale. More or less.

This was actually hard between Creeping Terror and Skydivers. I admit I went with the former because of the ridiculous looking monster and the crazy stories surrounding this film.

The Creeping Terror Catalina Caper Bloodlust Skydivers
The Creeping Terror is in my top 5 favorite episodes, so that's definitely number 1. Skydivers has one of my favorite host segments ever (the swing choir!) but I couldn't get into the movie itself.
