I'm guessing the new Manos is either Munchie or The Bubble. They confirmed on Twitter that they were referring to The Bubble.

I guess maybe plot-wise its kinda like Manos? Much closer to The Prisoner than Manos really. And its another one in 3-D. I highly doubt they had a hard time with this one.

Trailer for The Bubble. aka. The Fantastic Invasion of Planet Earth. It stars Michael Cole from The Mod Squad. Never was as cool as Linc Hayes and Deborah "One of the Gidget's" Walley. Looks like a good choice. Big Stink Burger of a movie

Honestly, they picked some pretty good movies this season. Well, good for riffing, anyway. Very happy to see both Gamera AND black and white movies making a return. I'm really hoping that The Mask turns out to be a great episode. Munchie is still kinda weird to me, but I think it has potential to be funny. Looking at clips of it on YouTube, it definitely has a bit of that psychotic nature that Pod People and Mac and Me have. So, I think it could be a good one, but I'd have to see it for myself first. The Christmas Dragon, on the other hand, seems... kinda wholesome actually. Like, it seems like the kids had a lot of fun working on the film. So, I don't know if riffing this movie would be mean or what. Still, the rest of the movies seem to be great fits for the series. Let's hope season 13 is better than the previous season.

Interesting. The Million Eyes of Sumuru is a KTMA episode. This is the first time they've re-riffed a KTMA movie since, what, season 3's Time of the Apes*? I wonder what made them want to revisit this one.
* Edit: I guess Fugitive Alien 1 & 2 came later in season 3.

How would riffing The Christmas Dragon be different than riffing Santa vs The Martians or Santa Clause?

FYI, Shape of Things To Come riffed by Rifftrax is now available on Amazon Prime for free. Looks like it was added the last few days. Watching it now.
Edit: Well, that was an absolute mess of a movie. And now I know why people call it "blinky blinky".
FYI, the Rifftrax version is 78 minutes vs 98 minute theatrical/DVD length. Even at that length it felt very chopped up.
