Rifftrax: The Game is coming in May

From the creators of What the Dub, which was essentially already Rifftrax The Game, so it seems like a good fit.

Excited for this! I actually RT'd it and said Limited Run Games should release a physical version and Rifftrax replied and said they are interested if LRG is.

For those who don't know, LRG distributes physical copies of otherwise digital games for PS4, Switch and PC (Xbox requires too high of a minimum order quantity, so they rarely release for that console). They usually do open pre-orders where you have a month or so to place an order, but they also do limited edition box sets with stuff like statues, pins, soundtracks, posters and other stuff. I think a Rifftrax release would be cool because they could offer up some fun bonus items.

I have a lady friend who I introduced to a party game called Use Your Words, where you go through certain rounds by typing funny answers on your phone and they appear on the screen. She became obsessed with it mostly because of a video clip caption section early on where you had to subtitle a line from a foreign film.

This sounds like a game she'll love.

I'm intrigued by what I'm seeing... I don't know if it would be the right kind of game for me, but it does remind me of a couple Jackbox games I've enjoyed. I should give this a shot.
