Please forgive if this has been brought up before, but I'm looking for guidance. If there is a different section this should go in, please point me in the direction and I'll post it there. I reviewed the rules and #7 seems to be in regard to a multiple sales business: "7. Do not use this forum as your own personal store front. Links to goods for sale (such as ebay auctions) will be deleted, as we have no way of verifying whether or not you are connected to the sale."
I have a DVD case collection of burnt DVDs (1 ep per disc) of every episode from 601-1013 which I no longer can use. I'm on disability and every little bit counts. I was thinking of selling these, maybe on eBay. Is a single sale like this something that's allowed?
I'd honestly prefer to sell them to an MSTIE here who appreciates them, but again I don't know the rules regarding a single sale.

I mean I’ve seen plenty of sales with home made DVDs or fan tapes so I think you’ll be good.

If the eps are recordings off of TV, you're probably okay. If they're rips of commercially sold versions, you're probably not okay.

If they don't go after Youtube uploads they probably wouldn't go after you!
NOTE: In America it's not illegal to BUY bootlegs, so anyone who's reading this post and wants to pull trigger on a CD Folder full of DVD-Rs absolutely should.
